It is with great excitement that Ally Jones and Rachel Edwards warmly invite you to join us for a truly special experience at the beautiful Riversdale Lodge in the charming village of Bourne End.

Over four days and three nights you will move, breathe, learn and restore. Enjoy invigorating 6–8+ mile guided walks, three energising morning fitness classes, fascia breathing, meditation, navigation workshops, and nourishing meals cooked with care. Wild swimming is on offer if conditions allow, and the large outdoor plunge pool is always ready for a refreshing dip.

Whether you are new to strength training or looking to deepen your connection with nature, this retreat is designed to leave you uplifted, empowered, and energised.
