These are held at 6:30-7:00am
every weekday
and 8:15-9:00am every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. These classes are for those who have no major
health issues so
if you have dodgy knees, back and a weak pelvic floor then you are advised to use the rehabilitation
classes held
in the library first. Ally can guide you to what you need and once you have improved your condition,
you are ready to join the lives.
If you struggle you may need a course of 1:1's to move you in the right direction.
Recorded Workouts
If you can’t make the Live
sessions, catch up on the day, or choose from an extensive library of 30 minute or 60 minute workouts
in your own time!
