I've know Ally Jones for close to three years now and I am sure I am like anyone that gets to know Ally, there is an immediate impression of optimal health, beauty and well-being. We are not far off in age but I was struck by the fact that all the ailments I referenced above seem to have eluded Ally. That physical health and beauty carries through her whole being and I remember thinking, I can just enjoy being good friends with such a wonderful creature and participate is some of her classes and try to keep up. Ally also comes with this supportive and loving personality that always made me feel encouraged.

I found out that Ally was providing one on one classes for those interested with a complete view to health and fitness. I saw the results with others and mentally was tired of the frustration of all my rollercoaster efforts and more than ready to listen and be guided. I asked for her help and of course, she was excited and very willing. That comes from her genuine care and desire to help but she also knows it required my commitment to work and be effective.

The very next week I started my four week journey with Ally. Monday to Friday physical training and the vital guidance regarding food consumption and habits. Turns out healthy eating is simply about preparation and planning and I have completely surprised myself with my ability to cook delicious meals. I have found that quite quickly I have been able to change my eating habits both in volume (interestingly I wasn't eating enough) and nutrients. I am enjoying the change instead of hanging in there on a fad diet that eventually has to end and send me spiralling back. The four weeks with Ally put me into a sustainable healthy choice life style and weight, posture, muscle tone, skin tone and fitness are all doing quite nicely thank you. The before and after photographs are truly astonishing and far better than what I ever dreamed of in such a short space of time. I am comfortably fitting in to older clothes and new ones a size smaller. My energy level is dramatically improved and I find myself jumping out of bed in the morning having slept better than I have in years. I am enjoying compliments from friends and family and the biggest of all, feeling healthier, younger and generally proud of what I have done to improve my well-being.
