Why Join us?


The Menopause Fitness Coach Programme is specifically designed to enable women to either begin their fitness journey or continue to enjoy fitness using an approach that is fun and respects our individual needs. During this time in our lives, it’s important to listen to our bodies, acknowledge our strengths and our weaknesses, and feel into our personal energy. We use techniques to stabilise our core, strengthen our Pelvic Floor, tone our stomach, arms and legs, whilst connecting to our bodies with kindness and love.

We end every session with a beautiful meditation to calm your mind & relax your body so you start the day with renewed energy, a sense of achievement and in a mindset that will make you feel great!
